Change Dialogue and Action: Applying the Tipping Point to Organisational Change
In today’s VUCA world, change is a constant. Organisations need to be agile and adaptive.
It’s a familiar refrain.
But as coaches, we know that organisations don’t change, people do.
The Change Dialogue and Action workshop, often known as the Tipping Point, for the computer simulation at its heart, borrows from Public Health’s understanding about the spread of epidemics and how contagion happens between people and populations. What would happen if we started to think about change that way? Can we create the conditions for contagion and spark positive epidemics of change?
Sue Cox presents this interactive workshop which presents an holistic framework for implementing change and has been used by change leaders in a wide range of organisations in the US, Canada, Europe and around the world. I qualified as a licensed facilitator of the workshop in 2015 and I have found the ideas really helpful in how I coach and support leaders who are managing change with their teams.
