New Look For CCNet

We have a new logo!

We were keen to have a logo that represented the professional network aspect of the group, symbolised the one to one relationship between coach and coachee and reflected our location in Cumbria.  Quite a tall order!

In keeping with the core philosophy in coaching of supporting and nurturing personal development we gave the design brief to students aLogo Presentation 1t the University of Cumbria’s Arts Faculty, offering a modest prize for the winning design, selected by a panel of CCNet members.  The students and teaching staff were delighted to have the opportunity to work on a live design brief and we received a entries with creative and varied interpretations of our brief.

The winning entry was by Charlotte Hepworth and she was presented with her prize by CCNet Chair Beth Curl.  Charlottes design cleverly captured all of the elements of the brief – the nodes (circles) depict the 1 to 1 coaching relationship, repeated to depict the network and of course the peak shapes are the mountains that characterise Cumbria.

It now adorns our web site and other publicity material – we hope you like it.
