June Meeting – Thinking Space

We are delighted to welcome Karen Mason as our guest speaker for our June meeting.  If you would like to attend please book your place at by Monday 12th June.  Non-members are welcome to attend up to two meetings, the meeting fee of £15.00 includes lunch (cash or cheque at the meeting) giving the opportunity to network with other coaches.

Inspired by Nancy Kline, Karen will facilitate an event giving you the opportunity to consider and experience how to create a quality space in which your clients can do their best thinking.

During this two hour, experiential CPD event you will:

•                     Consider key attributes for creating a quality Thinking EnvironmentTM, useful when coaching, mentoring, in meetings or in your wider work and life.
•                     Experience quality thinking time to develop thoughts about a topic that is important to you.
•                     Practice your coaching and create a quality thinking space for your client.

There will be opportunity for peer coaching, to work with live topics and explore how developing a Thinking EnvironmentTM can make a positive impact in your workplace.

Karen Mason has been an independent coach and facilitator since 2007, following her 20 year career with BAE Systems.  She combines extensive commercial and management experience with outstanding credentials as a coach and facilitator.

Karen is a qualified Time to Think Facilitator, holds an MBA from Henley Management College and a Certificate in Organisational Change and Consultancy, majoring in Mentoring and Coaching, which she studied at Sheffield Hallam University.  She is an active member of the EMCC UK and has previously held the position of Company Secretary for the UK Board.
